Conditions of delivery and terms of business (partial translation of the valid german AGB)

This shop is an online shop from germany. Most of our customers also come from germany, so the language of the shop is german. Due to technical abillities of our shop system there is only one language possible.

Our prices are fix. They contain the german VAT. It´s not possible to export without. The goods remain our property until paid.

If you live outside the European Union and order to an adress in germany we can provide you with Global Refund TAX FREE forms. With these you can have the tax returned when leaving the EU. For further information see www.GlobalRefund.com .

Within germany, handling and shipping is free over EUR 150.-.
Below, the charge is EUR 6,- .

COD (Cash on delivery) cost another EUR 9,50 !

Outside germany, shipping charges depend on where you´re from:
In the worst case (from a postal point of view), if you´re on the other side of the earth, charges range up to EUR 100.- !!!
So, if you order from outside germany, we will contact you with the shipping charges to your country and ask you if you still want to order :-)

Outside germany you´ll have to pay before delivery!
This is why and the exceptions:
Out of germany we have no possibility to get our money, if someone "pays" with a credit card number that he found on the internet or in the waste basket outside a gas station.

It might be possible to pay by credit card if you have ordered before or if you have a credit card with a special card number printed on it (some companies provide their customers with those cards); we decide on each case and hope for your understanding.

In case of warranty, please contact us before sending back the goods! In germany warranty is two years.

In germany you have the right, by law, to step back from your order within 14 days (exception: software, videos, DVDs, specially build goods, like skis with bindings mounted to fit your shoes).

You do not need any special form. Just send it back to:

Please use the original package, send a copy of the invoice and let us know your bank account for returning the money.

Please make sure you understand what this return policy means: You can return goods that are unused and in their original package.
If you return used goods we will charge you for the loss in value.
